The menu at Jaya has been devised by the executive chef and owner Sunita Katoch. Sunita comes from a family of chefs and restaurateurs and combines traditional Indian and East African influences to create a unique blend of home cooked dishes. Using fresh, and where possible local ingredients, Jaya offers a more refined dining experience for those looking beyond the ordinary.
