This is an ideal setting for private dinners and celebrations.

 

The restaurant's owners - Bobby and Sunita Katoch - and their team will prepare and show you to your table, where you will be served authentic Jaya cuisine.

 

Offering freshly home cooked Indian food in North Wales, the menu at Jaya Restaurant has been devised by the executive chef and owner Sunita Katoch.

Tender thigh pieces of chicken marinated in delicate peppery spices with cardamom & cream.

Fresh Indian cheese wok fried with peppers & onions.

Minced lamb burgers with fresh ginger & secret Jaya spices.

Tender pieces of chicken, slow cooked in a North Indian sauce delicately flavoured with fenugreek leaves.

Tender pieces of lamb cooked in a perfectly balanced tomato & onion sauce.

Peas with home-made Indian cheese cubes cooked in a light spicy gravy.

A classic signature Indian chicken barbecue marinated in a combination of dry spices. Served with fresh lemon and mint chutney.

 

FISH PAKORA

Lightly battered fillet of fish deep fried and served with a chilli jam.

 

ALU TIKKI CHAAT (V)

A spicy potato cake combined with home-made yogurt, delicately curried chick  peas, onions, tomatoes, coriander served with a smooth tamarind sauce.

PALAK CHICKEN

Succulent pieces of chicken cooked with spinach in a North Indian sauce.

 

KARAI PRAWNS

King prawns tossed with fresh red & green capsicums and onion, in a thick North Indian sauce infused with ajwain.

A Kenyan inspired potato and chick pea curry.
