The restaurant's owners - Bobby and Sunita Katoch - and their team will prepare and show you to your table, where you will be served authentic Jaya cuisine.
Offering freshly home cooked Indian food in North Wales, the menu at Jaya Restaurant has been devised by the executive chef and owner Sunita Katoch.
EXECUTIVE CHEF / OWNER
With a background of teaching and culinary skills which reach far back as three generations with her mother at the heart of her professional teaching, Sunita has now made her presence known here in a North Wales.
Instilled with a huge drive to always improve on her skill set she finds a sense of achievement in creating interesting menus for her renowned taster evenings.
Sunita is fortunate to be part of the host chef team at Bodnant Cookery School which gives her opportunities to excel in the culinary field.
As part of a team always wanting to go that extra mile she now is in the process of launching her third generation passed down recipes. This exciting production story will be released here first.

As co owner with his wife Sunita, Bobby runs the front house operation here at Jaya.
With an established background in the financial world and customer relations, Bobby endevours to make dining at Jaya a memorable experience.
Head of marketing and advertising for the Jaya brand, Bobby works closely with all senior team members to allow Jaya to grow and reach the creditation it strives to achieve.
A highly valued member of the team.
Steven is dedicated to his responsibilities and operates with huge enthusiasm and motivation.
He is part of the planning team here at Jaya when devising food menus and reviewing the logistics of the kitchen facilities and operation.
